Interview Stages. Stage 1:-(TR) Since my works and skills lies in development, he asked 1) What is full stack development? -> I just explained the front end and backend things. I didn't give definitions simply, I gave examples while answering. 2) How do you approach, if some one asks to build a online cab booking website? -> He offered pen and paper to write approach, so I thought for a while and recalled how uber and ola works. Also I have an experience of doing projects in backend. I explained it to him. That I follow so and so process. 3) What is the data you will collect from the user? -> I recalled what uber and rapido asked me while registering. And explained it. 4) Finally He gave one SQL problem to write approach. I didn't remember exactly but it goes like this, 'Get all the users and count, in each city? ' He told me to make 5 rows and explain the approach. -> I think I made some mistakes in solving sql, as I didn't get time to revise problems and concepts. So I gave intuition and he asked some more questions in group by, class and where do you use those.? Stage 2:- (TR kinda mixed) 1) Sir asked me about previous works and last project that I build in development. -> I explained one project that I have done in club 1.1) What projects u have done in ur mechanical? -> I explained Rack and Pinion gear, project that I did as sem proj, and my final year project. 2) One Sql query -> This one also I gave intuition and approach. I also got counter questions like why u need sub query here,? What are temporary tables? What is the view in sql? What are indices? -> I'm able to manage most of them. I didn't bluffed for unknown concept to me. 3) Asked some current affairs, like 3.1) What is Gen AI, and what is ur opinion on it? 3.2) What is ur inference on our current Indian economy, will it go up or down? And why? 4) Explain why you have done so and so project and what improvements can be done in it? -> Above questions are related to what we know, he didn't bother if I unanswered. That's it. Stage 3:- (Hr) 1) Why you chose IT, if u r coming from Core, mech. -> I justified why I choose IT. 2) Do you know what Tredence does? -> Before going to HR, I read somethings about tredence, so I pasted there. 3) Won't it be difficult for you to again work in different area from you skill set, as you have good resume in development? -> I said I'm quick learner :) 4) He asked to explain one of the project with out any technical terms included, like why and what is that project, and it's importance! -> I explained my project and it's use cases and y I build. That's it.
