The interview process was smooth and professional. It was a short 15-minute round focused mainly on scenario-based and behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about my previous projects and how I handle real-life operational challenges. The discussion was conversational and practical in nature.

How I answered:
I explained a scenario where I managed a project issue during my academic work. I described how I stayed calm, understood the root cause, communicated clearly with the team, and worked step by step to resolve the issue. I focused on problem-solving and communication skills.

3 rounds . Got rejected in the last one. Basic questions but prepare well first them. They will ask from what you tell them about yourself. All the best and good luck . Practice speaking

3. 15 min Interview with Business manager : She is asking total useless questions for a operations role and asking me to solve that question without using pen/paper. Totally waste of time and she is not even interested in me from the first place and i don't know why.
