It is done as a group interview so there is multiple selection of future employees to choose form. So technically you are competing with others in the group interview.

Entretien
It started with a group interview and then moved to individual interviews, pretty fast paced and fun. I was asked a series of questions relating to past sales experience, retail experience and how I would handle different situations with customer service.
