Group interview. They observe on how well you take initiative and ask questions and possibly lead your assigned group. They ask basic customer courtesy questions, and sent you on a "trial" run to try and make a sell on an item of your choice.

Straight-forward and what you'd expect from a basic associate role for a retail job position. It was a short interview conducted by friendly and easy going staff. Nothing out of the ordinary to comment on.
Was great, everyone was nice and process wasn't too long. I haven't heard back yet. Hoping for good results! Thanks in advance everyone who is really nice and super duper cool
group interview with about 12 people, lasted about 4 hours i wore a suit, i was way over dressed, some one else wore a white t shirt, but i was hired so what can i say
