I received a phone interview, and was asked two probability questions, followed by a brief intro of his group. The interviewer was nice and friendly. In the beginning, he also asked me to introduce my background.

Experienced hire role. First round with hiring manager. Mainly discussing about past experience, with no quantitative tests involved. Ended within 30mins as wasn't a good fit. Manager was quite friendly.

Entretien
Couple of phone calls, then got flown out to NYC for an on-site. Great hotel and food was comped. Many back to back interviews on-site, but the discussions were interesting. Also spoke to the founder and CEO. Overall challenging questions and great experience
