I applied to TQL and uploaded my resume on their website via Indeed. The company called me to set up a phone interview for initial hiring. The set up easy and the HR representative was accommodating and friendly. The process was really straightforward, and the representative discussed multiple employment options and locations.

Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.

3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
