Got a call from HR representative, a phone interview and then an in person interview. There were two interviewers. The environment was friendly and there was no stress. However they were looking for specific answers to the questions.

-Hiring process was fairly quick ~1 month from first contact to job start
-There was one interview which was straightforward with the Supervisor and HR
-Questions were all behavioral
-After the interview, there was a follow up call to discuss next steps, present the conditional offer, confirmation of references and a background check
-Once the background check was completed the final contract was issued

2 supervisors and 1 HR
1 hour interview and half and hour writing test with 4 questions
Actual interview questions are behavior, but test has technical question
Supervisors ask most the questions, and HR only has couple of safety questions asked
I got feedback after 2 to 3 weeks
HR told me at the end of the interview they will let me either I got it or not
