Entretien
Went through two interviews before they agreed to hire me because the hiring manager was away.Typically they do group interviews but I had a one-on-one interview. Very casual, took no more than 15 minutes. The managers are super nice and just want to get a feel of your personality.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entretien
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
