The interview process was tedious and very drawn out. It consisted of two phone interviews (HR and Hiring manager), followed by an in-office (5 interviews), then another in-office (5 more interviews). Many of the questions were very redundant without any details given on expectations or tasks of the role. Communication and expectations of the hiring process were ill-communicated and got the feeling that they didn’t have a good grasp of the role they were looking to fill. Met with many people who have not been in role a significant amount of time to truly relay the culture of the company and role expectations. Overall a timely and not useful experience.
