Great interviews and lots of time invested from their side (met with 4 senior leaders). After that it was time for candidate ghosting when I was told that the next step would be to fly out to the US to meet with the CEO for a final discussion. Have not heard from them since - so all in all they go into my highly unprofessional, candidate ghosting bucket. Great initial experience and then they fell off a cliff...
