Good interview process like any other. The interviewer was kind of flat and disinterested in the conversation. They were nice though. It was over the phone and wasn’t very long

I applies for one position but the recruiter sent my CV to another position which fit to my experience more. After not so long, there was the 1st round interview.

the questions are about the previous experiences, what was the skills and how to solve the problems. The experiences related to IT, e-commerce industry.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly straightforward:
- Recruiter pre-screen
- Peer interview with someone on the team (about AM and behavioural aspect)
- Panel interview regarding solving a case study followed by 1:1 with the Hiring Manager (Competency & Behavioural)
- Interview with Head of Department
However, they only told me of the rejection once I followed up with the recruiter about any progress on the recruitment process.
The interviews are not difficult if you are aware of the AM vertical and have some experience.
