The interview was half written questions and half video answers that allowed you to record up to three times and pick the one you liked. The request was sent through an automated message.

Also, the recruiter - Amanda Powell - who who was the most disappointing person to work with as she didn't respond to emails. But additionally, when I was invited back for a "final rounds of interviews" I was insulted by her and she told me the negative comments some of the people I met with the first time. I decided to decline the final round of interviews.
