I interviewed via Microsoft Teams through a recruiter. I did not get the job, but there were issues with how the interview was conducted. For instance, although I turned my camera on, the recruiter did not elect to turn hers on. I found that move to be disingenuous. She also has very little understanding of a legal work environment and culture and in turn, could not comprehend the level of competency that is required of the position. The questions were general, but also she placed more importance on corporate culture than actual law firm and litigation culture.
