Honestly the interviews were pretty easy but, you can tell that they care very little about diversity. This was the first company that I interviewed with that felt "off".
If you are looking for growth then make sure you ask. The hiring manager was very transparent when they said that there wouldn't be room for growth in the near future.
If you care about diversity, take some time and look at their reviews. Their interview panel was very telling of their perspective.

Applied online, got the phone interview invite, talked with the recruiter. Pretty normal process i would say, and the recruiter was nice. She say they will follow up with next steps, but I didn't hear anything back afterwards.

The interview was easy, and the questions were mostly about my background, past experience, research methods used in past projects, and my experience working with a team. The recruiter started the interview by asking me questions, and at the end, I asked my questions and I got to know information about the culture of the company, the team, and the projects they were working on. The recruiter did a good job to make me feel at ease.
