Applied online, got the phone interview invite, talked with the recruiter. Pretty normal process i would say, and the recruiter was nice. She say they will follow up with next steps, but I didn't hear anything back afterwards.

This was the first company that I interviewed with that felt "off". If you are looking for growth then make sure you ask. The hiring manager was very transparent when they said that there wouldn't be room for growth in the near future. If you care about diversity, take some time and look at their reviews. Their interview panel was very telling of their perspective.
