I went through 4 interviews over a period of several months and was then was asked to complete a task to apparently help the hiring manager decide between remaining candidates. I did this, which involved a considerable amount of work, at very short notice and submitted it ahead of the deadline given and then was ghosted. Neither the hiring manager nor the recruiters I spoke to responded to my emails again. Considering the amount of time and effort I had given to the process, informing me of their decision was the least they could have done. It left a really bad impression of what working there must be like. I found out months later they hired someone internal and very junior looking for the role (they apparently do that a lot because it’s cheaper for them.)

After several phone and video interviews, followed by a demanding 90-minute assessment—which I was informed I passed successfully—I was disappointed to receive no further communication from Thomson Reuters. Despite the time and effort invested in the process, the company ceased contact without providing any closure or feedback. A more transparent and respectful approach would have been appreciated.

Muito boa e leve a dinâmica com muito respeito dos gestores que participaram e com uma duração tranquila para cada etapa do processo, principalmente, para o desenvolvimento do case pelo grupo.
