I submitted an application online and received a phone call in about 2 weeks. There was a phone interview where I was asked very general questions about how I would react in certain situations involving customers. I was asked to come to the store for a second interview and finally a phone interview with the district manager were he pretty much asked the same set of questions.

What was the last health related actual you read and what was it about.
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Entretien
Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
