A good but long interview process includes multiple stages: initial screening, technical assessments, behavioral interviews, panel discussions, and final negotiations. It ensures thorough evaluation, cultural fit, and skill assessment while maintaining clear communication and candidate engagement.

Question 1
Describe a long-term project that you kept on track. How did you keep everything moving?
J'ai passé un entretien chez The Trade Desk (New York, NY)
Entretien
So far pretty straightforward: Recruiter screening -> interview with hiring manager -> data presentation -> in-person interviews with different team members. Everyone has been really nice and helpful. Nervous about the data presentation portion.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Trade Desk
Entretien
The process included an initial HR screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and a case study (presentation). Preparing the presentation took a lot of time and good knowledge of the TTD products. The final round would be 1:1 interviews with the team (did not make it to this round).

Question 1
When you look back on your career, what were the things you enjoyed doing and what did you not enjoy so much?
J'ai passé un entretien chez The Trade Desk (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
My recruiter was very helpful and the process is very clear and transparent; however it seems the expectations from the hiring team in the presentation round are very high. It's not as simple as are you willing to learn and work hard it seems.
