The interview was ok, no “what is your greatest strength/weakness” questions. It was more of a explanation of the process and history of the company. I was asked very few questions about my experience and what I could contribute to the company.
I declined the offer because of their pay structure. It’s a draw and commission. I’ve worked in different showrooms for over a decade and this pay structure is extremely low considering the fact that there wasn’t much traffic. The store manager was the only one there at my time of interview.

The interview was conducted during my application visit. It was an easy-going but professional conversation. The manager seemed happy that I'd come in. I was given an offer right away.

Quick sit down interview with basic questions relating to job experience. Very informal setting - taking place in a break room area that people are able to walk in during the process.

One phone interview, one in person and one over teams remotely. All fairly easy, asked usual questions such as what would you consider is your weakness, strength, discuss a time you catered to a guest etc.
