Initial phone call to set up interview included a few questions. Asked the exact same questions during the interview as they did on the phone. I had the area manager and the store manager, store manager didn’t say a word the entire time. Said they’d contact me within a week and did not.

It was a group interview, in a classroom type environment. The group interview included activities such as how you would sell an item, pricing items and sorting clothing. The group interview was followed by an individual interview, asking mainly about previous experience and how you would deal with difficult situations in the shop environment.

Entretien
I was interviewed by the HR Manager and Shop Manager who were both very friendly and helpful. They asked me some questions and told me all about the job and its benefits. After this positive experience, I feel able to go back and reapply to any future vacancies.
