J'ai passé un entretien chez The Reference
Vreemde sfeer tijdens het solliciteren. Geen connectie / klik met de persoon van HR, weinig opvolging van de status van je sollicitatie, je moest er echt zelf achter zitten om te horen wat volgende stappen zijn. Uiteindelijk zelf het proces niet meer voortgezet door gebrek aan connectie, jammer want heb al zeer veel positieve feedback gehoord van werknemers.

I had 2 interviews with 4 different people from the company. From the beginning, I highlighted the fact that I don't speak Dutch but they informed me that's not a problem for them since their aim to hire more International profiles. After spending 2 hours on interviews I get feedback that they will not move forward with my application because I don't speak Dutch......
