I had a basic phone interview. The interviewer suggested that the next step was a personality assessment that they would forward via email at the end of the call followed by a virtual interview. I sent a thank you email later that afternoon and mentioned that I had not received the email with the link to the assessment. I received the link shortly after and then never heard from them again, not even an acknowledgment after I submitted the requested information.
