Phone Interview, 1st Round Panel Interview, 2nd Round Panel Interview, Board Interview. Each round was with a different group of individuals. The questions tended to be the same type of questions with each round, leading me to believe that there was not much coordination with the individuals involved. Seemed to be more of a fit analysis. References were checked.

The process was quite fast, they contacted me a couple of weeks after I applied to the position and arranged a phone interview. I didn't pass to the personal interview stage but honestly didn't understand the reason. They told me something about my experience that they must have noted since they first read it, so it was unsatisfying . The person in charge of the hiring process didn't show any passion or interest in their own job.
