There was a panel interview and a questionnaire with scenarios. The panel interview was pretty standard with questions related to the role, and behavioral questions and scenarios. The questionnaire was assigned after the initial screening and prior to the panel interview.

The whole process took only about 1 month total. I applied and then received a phone screening request only a few days later. I did the screening immediately, and was told the salary range and position description. I was asked basic yes/no questions about my ability to perform the described duties, basic eligibility questions, and why I would be a good fit for the position. At the end she told me she would forward my application to the hiring manager. About a week later I had a virtual panel interview with three people from the team. It was an hour long interview with each person rotating through questions. They asked only 5 questions, which all came directly from the job description. The atmosphere was friendly and informal, but professional. About 1-2 weeks later I received a formal offer. I went through one round of negotiations before accepting. Overall I really appreciated how quickly the process moved because I was interviewing somewhere else simultaneously and it took much longer. Here it felt like filling the position was a real priority.

I was called after shortlisting to be informed and given a date for a phone screening, informed on what they expect and asked if everything was clear plus planned for the 1 on 1 interview.
