Sent in a letter about myself/work, received an email to send a resume, then a few weeks pass by and I got an email to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was 5-6 questions to get to know your personality better to see if you are a good fit. I think within two weeks, they called me but I couldn't pick up since I was out of the country but Peter, the CEO of the company, had called and left a voicemail himself on how thankful he was that I applied but let me know that I wasn't a fit with their company. He sounded very genuine and for the CEO to reach out to you is amazing.

Begins with a phone screen after which you'll be contacted by email. The next step is an in-person interview with a panel of 2-3. Offers are often made at the end of in-person interview.
