Applied online and completed some kind of quantitative/logic assessment test. A week later I was called in to store for interview with an HR manager. Questions were of the "what-would-you-do-if-" and "describe a time" form. Manager informed me of the hourly rate and asked if it was ok, and asked when I could start.

The interview process was really smooth and easy. You can check your applicant portal to see the status of the hiring process. They will notify you within short time if you get hired.
