I got interviewed to get a Dh position when I was an hourly associate. I got called into the office for a 1 on 1 interview with one of the managers. It was comfortable and it was on the job site. I was asked to answer about 6 questions pertaining to customer engagement and also what I saw my myself becoming in the next few years.

Very easy streamlined process. Home depot is looking for talent to join their teams. The lack of knowledge is apparent in any store you visit. I'm hoping for decent pay.
I’m very self motivated and interested in learning more about my area to increase my knowledge base. Also dependable and on time as well as having over ten years of providing high satisfaction rates of customer service

Not willing to tell you what job you are applying for and then telling you you're hired but after working they tell you your title is not for the job you interviewed for. That you have to do due dilegence first and by the way, they offered job to a man already.
