The interview process starts with HR phone screening you. HR was very friendly yet professional. Finished the phone screening thinking this is a good company to work for. Once I spoke with the hiring manager, I just couldn't wait for the interview to be over. The manager focused on area that they are familiar with and prematurely disregarded the candidate's suitability to the job.
