For my position Hanover held a phone interview. Once I passed the phone interview they setup a formal interview that consisted of shadowing a current employee in the position I was applying for followed by interviews with management. The shadowing was for a half an hour. After that the HR rep asked if I was still interested in the spot. Next, I had 3 separate interviews with management. I received a call back with the job offer within a week.
