I applied online, received an e-mail asking to attend an interview. The interview was wonderful, they gave me a chence to talk about myself and were very encouraging. They gave me a tour of the school and I was asked to do an observational interview the same day. I was called two days later and offered the job. The management team was very nice and professional.
