J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Fresh Market
Entretien
The interview wasn't much like any I have done before. After the normal question of tell me about your work experience and education, the interviewer asked about what I like to do in my free time, how well I can work with a vast majority senior citizen clientele, and what I did in college and high school. It was super relaxed and we had enjoyable small talk for the last 10 or so minutes of the interview. I told her what I expect to be paid (from the ranges on glassdoor) and she negotiated with me which was a welcome experience from other jobs. She didn't try lowballing me and was very pleasant.

I applied online and was called within a week. Interview was set up for the next day. Shortest interview I've ever had; it was clear they needed warm bodies in the door. Was taken into the cramped front office and asked your typical interview questions for maybe less than 10-15 minutes. I applied for one position but was offered another because "they needed help" in that particular department. Was told that they would run a background check over the weekend and get back to me. I was called on Monday and offered a job to start that week.

I first met with the asst mgr who said she liked me and would set up interview with mgr. I had to go into the store because none of the stores have enough help to pick up the phones. One of the big customer complaints. I met with the mgr who said he liked me and that he was offering the job to me. I said I had to talk to my family first. Once I made up my mind, I went back to the store, because nobody picked up the phone(I should never had gone back)
