Repetitive, unprofessional, and they string along candidates to keep their options open. I had several "phone interviews" and an in-person interview. I was also scheduled for another phone interview after my in-person one and was just asked about my time management skills again (stalling). They want you to call and check in with them, probably testing your persistence, and really sell yourself while they question your ability to do so. The hiring process felt very unorganized, negative, and wishy-washy.
