Started with a phone call from a mutual contact. The call had accounting and finance technical questions and then moved on to the behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were not difficult so it won't be hard as long as you nail the technical questions.

It was pretty intensive one day interview. Need to use financial and accounting knowledge to solve a case based question. This is also paired with a set of behavioral questions typical to a normal interview.
