Applied. Called in for one interview, went through my book with the
Art director at the time. Called in for a second interview, went through my book with a couple other people i would be working with, got the call around a week later that the position was mine if i waned it.

They asked if i was comfortable working with fairly monotonous daily tasks, essentially they were asking if i was okay with a boring job.
