Very relaxed and conversational. This is with the former dean. Securing the interview was a good deal of “hurry up and wait” and then there wasn’t clear communication from the admin office on what was needed and when (documentation/transcripts/etc.)
Overall, it was brief.

What would be at the top of a “resume of failures”
HR will vet your resume. The Dean of Campus and or the Department chair will interview you. A panel interview may also occur. You will recieve a tour of the campus and maybe a teaching demo

Entretien
Very detailed and clear in what was going to be expected. The team did a great job of describing the students expectations and the demands of the role. This was tremendously helpful knowing what to expect from the first day of class.
