Interview started with a phone call with Sarah the COO, then a video call with her and Michelle, the owner. Made it to the top 3 and was assigned an extensive evaluation to complete which required creating graphics and copy for 3 posts and 2 ads along with paragraphs to show off our blog writing skills, and answering their open ended strategy questions. Final product was over 5 pages long. Sarah emailed saying I would hear from her that Friday which was delayed to the following Monday. There was no follow up whatsoever. Kindly emailed her twice and still nothing. Felt like a huge waste of time since it took hours to complete, and they didn't have the courtesy to send me a single update. So unprofessional, don't waste your time interviewing here.
