I went to an in-person interview via a recruitment agency. Although the salary was very low, two senior engineers let one new control engineer ask the questions. Without understanding the details of my background, they wanted me to go to a whiteboard and the rookie started asking very advanced control theory questions. PROFESSIONALITY WAS ZERO. I AM GLAD IT DID NOT WORK OUT. THEY SHOULD FIRST EDUCATE THEMSELVES ABOUT HOW INTERVIEW SHOULD BE DONE PROPERLY.
