Entretien
The interview process was over the phone for the biggest part and advising what your plan for the future was. Then the second part was an orientation with a group in which they went over some of the company history and what was expected on the job. We were told on the spot that the schedule would come out next week.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
