Initially I completed a interview questionnaire from with more details on my expectation and background for the role (reminiscent of an old school paper job application). Once I passed that portion a call is made with a brief 15 minute virtual interview with the manager of the section and an in-person interview was set. Once in-person at the location, I met with two members of the staff. They somewhat alternated in questions and communication with me but one seems completely uninterested in interviewing me while the other was more engaging. The interview questions were generic and we discussed the position at length.
