One round of interviews. It was a video call. As the requirement was for billing and PAS system QA candidates specifically, the questions were more around it. Also, it is WFH work culture.

Do you know or have experience with the Workers Comp? or PAS system? What is auditable policy? What are day 1 and day 2 transactions? What were the critical defects you found while working on the billing project? What type of transactions will make credit balance on the policy?
