J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tesla en août 2019
Entretien
I had two interviews. The first one was a personality interview to ask as a screening essentially. The second was more technical but not hard numbers or problem solving. Both interviewers made me feel very comfortable and they started it off by saying they would rather treat the interview more as a "chat" than an interview. The second interview was designed more so to gauge my thought process and how I approached the engineering design process.

Question 1
If you were to design any of the personal projects you've done in your past as a product to be sold to a specific end-user, how would you go about redesigning your project to meet the needs?
two rounds of interviews both extremely technical, one being your more usual technical questions for MDE, the other being open ended and more confusing to come up with a clear solution for.

Entretien
Interview was multi-stage with direct hiring manager and recruiter. Questions focused on technical knowledge for materials and mechanics. Manager stressed a workaholic attitude and no work life balance. Had no interest in candidate only in technical knowledge.
