The recruiter reached out and asked me to do an AI interview via a platform called "Ribbon AI". I talked to it for about one hour, and it went through the steps of a normal interview. Then, they contacted me a month later to schedule an in-person interview as well.

Applied Online. Got an email back asking to set up a date and time. I then went on a 30-minute online interview with the head of manufacturing engineering. After the interview they'll let you know if you moved on in another email.
