first you apply online, then they will shortlist for interview. I only had one interview stage and it was very relaxed and friendly, held in the cafe. I got the offer shortly after which I really appreciated because of how long some other companies will wait to give you any result.

Very welcoming, offered me a glass of water to take with me, it was a solo interview (non group) though that apparently happens sometimes, manager was very nice introducing themselves, asking questions then going over company perks

Interviewed by two people at a table. They ask questions from a sheet and write down your answers. Less formal than you might expect and was able to joke around
