Group interview, mostly a formality but some time spent behind checkout to test how we did on the shop floor and in front of customers. Overall was quick and easy from when I applied to being interviewed and hired.

Completed a fairly short interview with two existing staff members (including manager) and then headed downstairs to do a trial shift to check how you performed on the checkouts and interacted with customers.
