The interview is with the team supervisor. Usually, there is just a single interview in which the team supervisor asks a few technical questions based on your knowledge and projects/past experience and a few behavioral questions.

Very friendly recruiters that clearly explain roles and challenges of the job and make the interview feel more like a conversation. They ask questions so be ready to answer them and ask questions as well because they are happy to answer.

Very technical questions. Relaxed. They will ask about past experience in manufacturing. They want critical thinkers and problem solvers. Always be ready to answer questions critically. The job is very quality related.

In-person interviews, managers and HR people are helpful and friendly. The process is straightforward and instructions are easy to follow. Need to know the position well to be prepared for the interview. Very hands-on experisnces.
