Very disorganized process overall. I was reached out to by a Costar recruiter who called 30 minutes prior our agreed upon time. First round of interviews was with a manager who explained the role and asked very basic questions. Scheduling a second round interview took close to two weeks, as the costar recruiter was very slow with their responses. Second interview was with another manager who showed up 15+ minutes late and seemed totally unprepared. Barely asked any questions at all and talked about random aspects of the job for about 15 minutes and ended the interview. After this, it took another two weeks and multiple follow ups with the same recruiter for them to tell me that the position had been filled, but they would like to hire an additional analyst, and that I would have to reapply and go through another round of interviews. At this point, the process had gone on for six weeks, so I did not reapply.
