Applied online, took a week to get a confirmed phone screen, got cancelled and then pushed back an additional week due to HR scheduling their calendar for the wrong date, then took an additional MONTH to be brought in for an office interview. In other words...UNORGANIZED! I should have saw this as a red flag but I continued to be excited about the possibility of working there.
In the office interview stage, I was berated by the interviewer who then proceeded to criticize my resume format and had a complete lack of disrespect. Still, I thanked them for their time and never heard back. This was a while back and still no update.
I don’t think this company has a sustainable culture or product and believe they will be down on their luck in the future. I just searched for my interviewers, HR Rep I was in contact with AND another individual I met with during the interview process on LinkedIn and neither of the 4 individuals are working at Ten-X anymore and they watched averaged 6-8 months within their role before leaving... That is a problem so I would avoid this company if you have literally any other offers.
