The original call made me buy in so much with the recruiter. She seemed so empathetic and wanted to explain the entire process, and gave me timelines...and that was the last positive experience in the process as far as moving through. Every time anything changed, it would be weeks of ghosting, and 0 replies to even explain the process was delayed or coordination was taking more time. This place was hiring for 2 roles at the time, so there's truly no excuse here. Moved through a panel, and again...ghosted for a month. Got an email from the ATS, and followed up and finally got a rejection. Seemed like a great company, got great feedback, but the runaround and lack of honesty/transparency was such a major letdown. If you start the process and get ghosted, don't waste your time or effort how I did.
