Brief Phone Interview followed by on site interview. The process seemed fairly easy although they never got back to me and re-posted the job on the job portals. All through out the interview i was told there was on job training available, they just wanted an interested candidate who was willing to learn. I felt that was Rude and un-professional at least they owe an explanation or an email to the candidate informing them of the rejection.
