Very well structured interview process with each step in the process explained in detail and time given to plan and prepare for each stage. Screening step was detailed and the 1-2-1 with potential colleague was informal, open and honest with chance to ask questions in preparation for presentation to group including hiring manager. Was also asked at several points throughout the process to consider the nature of the role in order to ensure that I was comfortable with expectations. Presentation session and final interview were again well structured and last stage focused on the 'fit' of myself into the corporate culture of the company as well as the team I would be joining. All told, a challenging but very enjoyable and open experience which really helped me to understand not just the role and company but also gain a 'feel' for the people I would be working with and vice versa for the hiring team.
